One of best camera accessories I have ever purchased has to be the Black Rapid camera strap. I use the single camera version for day to day shooting and the dual-camera version for covering events.
Even after shooting for 4-6 hours with two bodies and lenses, there is absolutely no neck, shoulder or back discomfort at all.
Highly recommended!
