Day 113 of my 365 project On July 13, 2003, an Ottawa-Carleton Transportation (OC Transpo) bus rear-ended a car that had stalled in the bus lane of the eastbound highway 174. Killed instantly was Chamin Appuhamy, 18 months old. His parents were critically injured but survived. http://www.dailynews.lk/2003/07/19/new21.html
